What's so good about it?

The 3D Production Package provides all the power, accessories, monitors,and support for industry standards in 3D filmmaking. Add your cameras and lenses and you are good to go!

The Element Technica Quasar is a beamsplitter rig that allows two cameras to perfectly tailor to each eye's interpretation of your film's world. Utilizing a one-way mirror, similar to a teleprompter, the Quasar is able to recreate stereo vision and enhance it.

We've also included the CVolution Wireless Control System for ease and efficiency. Considered the Cadillac in wireless camera and lens control, the CVOLUTION allows for remote pulling of focus, iris, and zoom, all at the same time and can be outfitted to perfectly control the convergence and interocular distance of two lenses during 3D shooting. Unlike its competitors, who offer a single point of zoom matching, the CVOLUTION has 32 options for aligning two different lenses.

With each camera in perfect sync, and motorized interocular and convergence adjustments, an operator can wirelessly control the 3D intensity with the same ease as pulling focus. The Quasar also outputs an instantaneous 3D feed, allowing creative producers, directors, and clients to collaborate together on set.
