How to Rent
We’re excited to help bring your production to life!
Before we get rolling, let’s take care of a little paperwork.
New Customers
Step 1
STEP 1: Review our Rental Terms and create a new client profile.
Step 2
STEP 2: Place a credit card on file. This does not have to be your payment method but is required to set up an initial account.
Step 3
STEP 3: Please send a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to: rentals@daufenbachcamera.com
Read our Insurance Requirements.
We will need your insurance company to provide us with a certificate of insurance.
Returning Customers
Please complete our Job Card with the invoice and production details for your confirmed rental, who is authorized to make changes, and who will prep or pick up the equipment.
If you selected to pay by Credit Card, please fill out our Credit Card Authorization Form or Pay Your Bill through our Credit Card Portal below.
