Step 1

STEP 1: Review our Rental Terms and create a new client profile.

STEP 2: Place a credit card on file. This does not have to be your payment method but is required to set up an initial account.

STEP 3: Please send a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to:

rentals@daufenbachcamera.com

Read our Insurance Requirements.
We will need your insurance company to provide us with a certificate of insurance.

If you have not done so already, please fill out our Job Card to let us know the invoice and production details of your confirmed rental.

This also helps us to know who is authorized to make changes and who will be in to prep or pickup the equipment.

If you selected to pay by Credit Card, please fill out our Credit Card Authorization Form or Pay Your Bill through our Credit Card Portal below.
